Our mission is to empower local businesses by providing essential resources for business development, entrepreneurship training, and advocacy. We focus on fostering growth through contracting opportunities, workforce development, and enhancing access to capital.

In addition to supporting business growth, we offer workforce development training for career professionals, ensuring individuals acquire the necessary skills to grow and thrive in their careers. Together, we are committed to creating a prosperous future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

RIBBA comprises of individuals and businesses of all sizes and membership is open to the public. The organization strives to build a purpose-driven Association where people unite and take action to create lasting change. RIBBA values diversity and celebrates the contributions of people of all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, abilities, socioeconomic status, culture, sexual orientation, and gender identity. The services and programs offered by RIBBA are open to all Rhode Islanders.
